The farm’s name is derived from “Chuquiago Marka”, the indigenous Aymara name for the region now known as La Paz.
Coffee production in Bolivia has been heavily influenced by practices in neighbouring Colombia, with most producers focusing on washed processing and opting to invest in their own processing infrastructure. Felipe is not exception. This lot has been depulped, fermented and dried “in-house” over a two week period.
