Since it’s conception 110 years ago, Fazenda Bela Vista has been owned and operated by the Reis family. This particular micro-lot has been dried on concrete patios for seven days, then sealed and fermented anaerobically for 48 hours, rested for a further 15 days, and finally dried until the desired moisture content is reached.

Fazenda Bela Vista grows a wide range of varietals which means they are able to harvest throughout the year, not only keeping customers in good supply, but also keeping their workers in consistent, year-round employment. As well as this, the farm also has Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certifications, meaning all of its practices are driven by sustainability.
